Capacity Building and Dissemination of Knowledge

The Arab Organization for Quality Assurance in Education (AROQA) aims at spreading awareness and disseminating knowledge about and expertise in quality of education through holding seminars, workshops, and conferences. Our activities address all levels of education: primary, secondary and tertiary (higher education).

The focus of activities is spreading awareness and building capacity in quality assurance with emphasis on the following areas:

• Governance and administration in education institutions
• Development and assessment of teaching and learning processes
• Developing internal and external quality assurance systems
• Strategic planning for education institutions
• Enhancing faculty effectiveness through professional development
• Designing, reviewing and developing educational programs
• Training in local and international quality assurance procedures, standards and criteria
• Introducing local and international accreditation criteria
• Capacity building in the field of research
