AMMAN - The Arab Organization for Quality Assurance in Education (AROQA), chaired by H.E. Dr. Talal Abu Ghazaleh, recently signed a cooperation agreement with Al Hijaz Private Schools for its enrollment in the program of academic accreditation for schools in the field of quality standards granted by AROQA.
The agreement aims to establish cooperation and partnership between the two parties in promoting the culture of quality and academic accreditation of schools, as well in sharing experiences for achieving self-development levels according to academic standards.
The implementation of quality standards and academic accreditation takes account of several pillars related to the development of vision and objectives consistent with the rapid educational developments in the world of knowledge, development of governance and leadership to support relentless improvement efforts, the implementation of modern and advanced methods of teaching and education ensuring an effective curricula providing the skills and knowledge required, utilization of a comprehensive evaluation system with documented results for measuring the extent of development and improvement, provision of technical resources and resources to support the educational process and commitment to the process of continuous improvement to ensure quality and development.
H.E. Dr. Talal Abu Ghazaleh, Chairman of the Arab Organization for Quality Assurance in Education, expressed his pride at cooperating with Al Hijaz Private Schools to provide them with the quality assurance services and academic accreditation, and sharing AROQA's experiences and expertise.
Dr. Abu Ghazaleh pointed out that AROQA launched the standards of academic accreditation for educational institutions in line with international standards, and devoted all its resources and expertise to promoting the culture of quality and academic accreditation for the advancement of education in Arab countries to a high level.
Dr. Samira Othman, Principal of Al Hijaz Private Schools, praised AROQA's role in developing and improving the level of Arab education. She underlined that Al Hijaz Private Schools seeks through this cooperation to keep abreast of professional and scientific developments and changes and to build generations of competencies according to the highest standards and in line with the development in the world of knowledge.
Dr. Samira extended her sincerest appreciation to H.E. Dr. Talal Abu Ghazaleh, noting that Al Hijaz Private Schools seek through this cooperation to develop governance and leadership and to implement modern and advanced methods of teaching and education.
